FCS head Pikalyov visits Luhansk and Donetsk customs offices

The FCS Russia press office reports a working visit by Service head Valery Pikalyov to the Luhansk and Donetsk customs offices.

At Luhansk customs, acting head Khachatur Khrkhryan reported higher staffing levels, infrastructure repairs, training including secondments to Southern Customs Directorate units, and division performance.

An extended meeting at Donetsk customs brought together central headquarters, Southern Customs Directorate head Andrey Belyayev and both customs leaderships. Topics included follow-up on earlier instructions, staffing, social support and expansion of service housing.

FCS functional directors coordinated with local departments on information exchange and on-site guidance. Pikalyov noted positive trends given regional conditions, goals of the FCS development strategy to 2030 and the priority of digitalising customs authorities.
