According to a notice by the Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS Russia), on 27 November 2025 at 10:00 Moscow time FCS will hold a webinar on the “benefits of advance binding classification rulings” under the EAEU HS Code.
The join link is published in the announcement on the agency website. A Commodity Nomenclature Directorate officer will explain the public service for advance classification decisions, recent customs-law amendments and common application errors that most often lead to refusal.
An FCS expert will answer questions at the end of the session. Thematic questions may be sent in advance via the form in the customs.gov.ru post.
