At Central Excise Customs headquarters and at most posts — Bryansk, Vladimir, Far Eastern specialised, Donskoy, Yegoryevsky, Zelenograd, Kaluga, Krekshino, Crimea, Pskov, specialised and other excise posts — the schedule is: closed on 31 December 2025 and 1–4 January 2026, 6–7 January and 10–11 January; open on 5, 8 and 9 January from 09:00 to 18:00.
Alabino customs post is closed on 31 December 2025 through 5 January and on 7 January; open on 6, 8 and 9 January from 09:00 to 18:00; from 10 January it operates daily from 08:00 to 21:00.
Odintsovo excise post is closed on 31 December 2025, 7 January and 11 January; open on 8–10 January from 08:00 to 17:00.
Southern excise post is closed on 31 December 2025 through 5 January; open on 6 January from 09:00 to 17:30; closed from 7 January through 11 January.
Some posts are closed for the entire holiday period from 31 December 2025 through 11 January 2026. At others, closed days are 31 December 2025 through 4 January, 6–8 January and 10–11 January, with service on 5 and 9 January from 09:00 to 18:00.
The excise specialised post (electronic declaration centre), the North-West excise specialised post and the Smolensk excise post are closed on 31 December 2025 through 2 January; from 3 January they operate daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
