Following the EAEU Joint Customs Collegium session, the delegations reviewed preliminary results of joint efforts to address illegal movement of goods.

On 9 December, Presidential Decree No. 912 extended Decree No. 778 until 25 December and set rules for importing goods without Union-status documents, including without marking. Customs has already cleared nearly 3,900 vehicles under the arrangement.

To strengthen counteraction to illicit trade between the countries, the parties signed a joint action plan, regulations for a working group, its membership and a plan for liaison offices for 2026–2027.
