The travellers arrived from a Middle Eastern country with four suitcases and two bags. They were stopped in the green channel; inspection revealed hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, socks and other labelled goods.

The man and two women said the clothes were gifts for friends and subscribers of one passenger's blog and for charity.

Administrative cases were opened under Article 16.2(1) of the Code of Administrative Offences (failure to declare goods). The penalty ranges from half to double the value of the goods, with possible confiscation.
