Participants discussed problems with excise duty payment on EAEU-marked goods and the submission of statistical forms for such products.
Head of the customs office Alexander Shvedov stressed compliance with excise payment deadlines for EAEU-marked goods and with the requirement to submit documents to customs authorities under paragraph 5 of Article 186.1 of the Russian Tax Code. He also referred to guidance on completing statistical forms for the movement of EAEU-marked goods.
Guidance on completing field 10 of the statistical form for EAEU-marked goods is published on the official CAT website under Activities > Information for foreign trade participants > Information and materials for foreign trade participants > For participants importing into the Russian Federation from an EAEU member state goods subject to federal special stamps or accounting and control special stamps.
