The full-format agreement entered into force exactly one year ago, in May 2025. Trade turnover in the first nine months rose by 14%, reflecting strong business interest on both sides.
The ministers reviewed progress under the three-year roadmap for trade and economic cooperation signed in September 2025 and preparations for the second meeting of the Joint Committee, scheduled in Iran this year. They agreed to step up work across all cooperation bodies.
