The plan is intended to strengthen sectoral dialogue, reduce information gaps about the EEC regulatory environment and improve awareness of commercial opportunities for businesses in EAEU countries and Nicaragua. Imanaliev said its implementation should help the two sides get to know each other better and ensure strong business representation in the joint working group and sector events.

Special attention was paid to preparing the second meeting of the working group under the memorandum of interaction between the EEC and the Government of Nicaragua. It is scheduled for late 2026, with the agenda to be agreed by experts in working order.

The plan covers customs and technical regulation, SPS measures, transport, industry, agriculture, consumer protection, competition, ICT and financial market development.
