A key item was the system for confirming expected goods deliveries, known as SPOT, which was officially launched on 1 June 2026. The parties said customs authorities had not identified operational issues.

The Belarusian side confirmed that the system is not causing difficulties for drivers or importers. Customs operations continue in regular mode and do not create barriers for foreign economic activity.

The meeting also covered navigation seals for transit shipments and data exchange between FCS Russia, the State Customs Committee of Belarus and the Interstate Centre. The exchange is intended to support risk management coordination, analytics and monitoring of customs operations by the Customs Committee of the Union State.
