While screening international mail, officers found the prohibited memorabilia inside a box that also contained postcards, a stamp album and envelopes. The seized postal cards displayed swastikas, imperial eagles and portraits of Hitler.
An administrative case was opened under Article 16.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences for breaching import bans and restrictions. The offender pleaded guilty in court and was fined; the goods were confiscated.
