Anti-dumping duty on seamless pipes from Ukraine extended during review

The Eurasian Economic Commission Board extended the anti-dumping duty on seamless corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel pipes from Ukraine through 29 April 2027 inclusive. Source: Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

The measure was due to expire on 6 September 2026, but after a petition reviewed by the EEC Internal Market Protection Department, a renewed anti-dumping investigation began on 30 April 2026. EAEU rules allow the existing duty to remain in force for the review period — up to 12 months from the start date.

The duty applies under EEC Board Decision No. 6 of 26 January 2016 at rates from 4.32% to 18.96% of customs value, depending on the producer.
