Opening the session, Lusine Bagratuni, deputy director of the EEC Business Development Department, stressed the value of international learning resources for building professional skills.

UNCITRAL speakers outlined the platform and programmes on the UN body’s own work, international sale of goods, e-commerce, commercial arbitration and mediation, and public procurement.

The courses offer a structured overview of UNCITRAL legal instruments and how they are applied; study is remote and self-paced.

The event is another step in EEC–UNCITRAL cooperation, widening access for Union specialists to international trade-law expertise. Both sides confirmed they are ready to continue joint work.
