The EEC Board extended the anti-dumping duty on leaf springs and spring plates from China through 24 August 2031 inclusive. Source: Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
The decision follows a review investigation opened by the Internal Market Protection Department on 18 November 2025 after the measure’s term was due to expire and EAEU producers filed an application.
The application came from JSC Chusovoy Metallurgical Plant and was backed by CJSC Beloretsk Springs and Springs Plant and LLC Research and Production Firm “Ressora”.
The 14.11% ad valorem rate was set by Board Decision No. 17 of 16 February 2021; the duty had already been kept in force for the review period. EEC Minister for Trade Andrey Slepnev confirmed a further five-year extension.
