The EEC Board extended the anti-dumping duty on aluminium cookware from China through 28 May 2027 inclusive for the duration of a review investigation. Source: Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
The measure was due to expire on 24 September 2026. After an application to the EEC Internal Market Protection Department, a review investigation was opened on 29 May 2026.
EAEU rules allow the existing duty to remain in force while the review runs; the review must be completed within 12 months of its start, the Commission’s trade block noted.
The 21.89% duty applies under EEC Board Decision No. 107 of 24 August 2021.
