Participants observed a minute of silence for the fortress defenders — the June 1941 defence remains a symbol of courage and duty.
Marking 35 years of Belarusian customs, a time capsule from the Council of Heads of Customs Services was laid at the Brest checkpoint, and an eight-tree memorial alley was planted at Kozlovichi.
In 2026 FCS Russia and Belarus’s SCC both mark 35 years since their establishment, underscoring the shared history of the two services.
