The EEC Board ended price undertakings by China’s Neway Valve (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. under the anti-dumping measure on Chinese steel wedge gate valves: a 25.57% duty will apply to the company’s goods. Source: Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
The decision takes effect 30 calendar days after official publication.
The duty on Chinese wedge gate valves was set by Board decision of 20 December 2022 at 25.57–36.23% of customs value by producer; Neway Valve’s price undertakings were approved at the same time.
