The sides reviewed progress on supporting mutual trade and simpler procedures for compliant traders, border checkpoint capacity, the Green Corridor project, enforcement, Single Window mechanisms and smarter customs operations.
They also stressed staff training amid the Russia–China Years of Education Cooperation in 2026–2027.
A protocol setting out arrangements for 2027 was signed after the meeting.
