He admitted acting in an organized group and planning to take the goods to Kyrgyzstan for sale. Tests identified α-PVP (N-methylephedrone) weighing more than 4.6 kg.
A criminal case was opened in Russia under Article 229.1(4)(a),(b); the penalty may include life imprisonment. In a joint operation, Kyrgyz customs and interior authorities detained the intended recipient.
