The annual report is required by the roadmap under the Declaration on EAEU economic processes to 2030 and 2045. The Comprehensive Plan for Eurasian transport corridors sets indicators, minimum requirements and corridor passports.

Since 17 May an agreement on vehicle weights, axle loads and dimensions on corridor roads has been in force — technological unity over more than 14,000 km. The Commission also advances transport ties with China, the UAE and Iran.
