Trade between EAEU and ASEAN countries reached USD 26 billion in 2025 — nearly 18% above the 2018 level. After the talks both sides reaffirmed their intention to deepen the trade and economic dialogue.
An EEC–ASEAN memorandum of understanding has been in force since 2018; the 2026–2030 cooperation programme was approved in 2025.
