Ministers focused on a draft transport policy roadmap for 2027–2029, building on earlier plans to create a single transport space and a common market for transport services.

They reviewed implementation of the 2024–2026 roadmap and the action plan under the Eurasian Economic Path declaration, endorsed a list of infrastructure bottlenecks on east–west and north–south axes, and agreed coordinated work on an integrated aviation incident database for flight safety management systems, taking into account the Interstate Aviation Committee.

Progress was noted on harmonised monitoring of drivers’ working and rest time in international road freight, IT support for road control at the Union’s external border, and a pilot of electronic international consignment notes (e-CMR) for cross-border truck haulage.

Discussions also covered international transport cooperation, corridors and infrastructure, and international road freight using swap bodies and transshipment within the Union.
