The programme began with planting a tree on FCS premises where a memorial to customs officers who took part in the special military operation is planned. Guests also viewed a bust of M. D. Pospelov unveiled that morning.
During a tour of a historical display, Pikalov presented the FCS banner and unique artefacts, including uniforms from different periods highlighting continuity across generations in the customs service.
