He acknowledged contributions to FCS infrastructure from Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office; Alexey Likhachev, Director General of Rosatom; Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin; Sberbank President German Gref; and VTB President Andrey Kostin.
The concert featured more than 20 acts—dance, vocal, recitation, and instrumental numbers—on unity, historical memory, and continuity across generations.
Closing the event, Pikalov thanked performers for an emotional programme and wished them a happy holiday.
