In Moscow, officers stopped a car carrying a petrol-driven pump; two plastic bags with black and green powders were hidden inside the pump. Investigators believe three members of an organized group concealed the drugs in household goods and handed the load to a courier for cross-border delivery.

Two more shipments were found in the Moscow Region—one in a box with a children’s bicycle, another in packaging for a toy car. Those detained said they acted on handlers’ instructions and disguised narcotics as everyday items.

In Bishkek, Kyrgyz customs and police detained intended recipients. Russian nationals face charges under Article 229.1(4)(a)(b) of the Criminal Code (large-scale drug smuggling by an organized group), which carries a possible life sentence. The inquiry continues.
