The Commission is preparing two product lists eligible for deferral or instalment of import duties—one for agricultural use and one for industrial processing.

Members also examined amendments to the rules for completing transit declarations (EEC Board decision of 30 May 2025 No. 73).

The meeting decided to set up a working group to launch electronic exchange of customs information with Mongolia under the interim trade agreement of 27 June 2025.
