Imanaliev said the EEC is expanding dialogue with leading African regional blocs and sees SADC as a partner to share integration experience and grow commerce between EAEU markets and southern Africa.

The sides agreed to intensify contacts and plan joint events with business and expert communities so companies better understand market access opportunities on both sides.

Magosi suggested using the annual SADC Industrialisation Week—held each July–August in the member chairing the community—as a platform for EAEU–Africa business dialogue. Imanaliev invited partners to the Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek in May 2027.

The EEC outlined the Union’s external priorities and offered to exchange practices on trade facilitation, digital customs procedures, rules of origin, non-tariff barriers, technical regulation, industrial cooperation and business associations, while also studying SADC experience in linking member economies.
